Becoming a volunteer is easy and fun!

Only have an hour or two to give each week?  No problem!  We are flexible and will work around your schedule. 

All volunteers who plan on interacting with students regularly are required to complete the following SIM documents:  Volunteer Application​ and Screening Form and our Background Check Request. 

Documents may be printed and emailed to [email protected] or returned to our facility at 237 Vernal Ave. Milton, WI 53563.
